Support the CalAsian Foundation on May 7, 2026

We’re excited to share that the CalAsian Foundation is participating in this year’s Big Day of Giving! As the philanthropic arm of the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce, every contribution goes directly toward our leadership and workforce readiness programs and workplace mental health and wellness initiatives for small businesses across the region.

Last year’s campaign made a real impact. With the support of our community, we were able to expand NextGen Empower U, our workforce and leadership development program for underserved youth, by adding an additional cohort. We also kept the program free for participants and introduced new curriculum. In addition, we evolved our Small Business Strong program, a workplace mental health and wellness initiative, from intervention-focused work to a more proactive, prevention-based approach.

In 2025 alone, we served over 2,000 participants, provided 200+ hours of one-on-one mentorship, and hosted 39 webinars and program sessions.

This year, your support will help us:

• Continue leadership and career pathway programming for program alumni
• Expand financial wellness curriculum within NextGen Empower U, supporting young professionals and emerging leaders
• Provide tuition scholarships for our Catalyst Leadership Program, developing community leaders
• Reach more small businesses through Small Business Strong, helping them build healthier, stronger workplaces

Early giving opens on April 23. Donations made by Golden 1 members using a debit or credit card will be matched, doubling the impact of every gift.
